一、大学英语课前演讲可以讲什么？

这部影片的主角是一位名叫马修的老师，电影中一群被人们认定为“无药可救”的孩子在代课教师马修的教导下，学会了互相帮助，尊重师长并组建了合唱队的故事。
马修老师与其它老师和院长不一样。他不会对学生失去信心，他在学生犯错时，不会去体罚他们，他会静下心来告诉他们什么是对的。
对于这些学生来说，他们既是可怜的。因为没有什么人爱他们，他们还这么小，就被许多教师放弃了培养；但是他们又是幸运的，因为他们遇到了以为好老师——马修老师。
马修没有放弃他们，他永远对他们抱有信心和耐心，马修老师发掘了孩子们歌唱的潜力，还组建了歌唱队，虽然有重重的困难，但是马修老师从没想过放弃，也正是这份执着，才会成就皮矣尔。
马修老师对孩子们充满了希望，这份希望点燃了孩子们心中的明灯，让他们对自己有信心，让他们感到了生命的意义。
我想未来当那些孩子们长大以后，他们一定会非常感谢马修老师，是马修老师帮助他们成就了他们的明天！

At first,the main character of the movie is a teacher named Matthew（MaXiu）. And in the film, a group of children who are regarded as some bad boys.But under the guidance of teacher MaXiu,these children not only learn to help each other but also know how to respect teachers.What's more they even formed a chorus
三 马修与其他老师
Mathew is different from other teachers and headmaster,because he never lose confidence in students. When students make mistakes, he not punish them at once,on the contrary he will calm down to tell them what is right.
四 对孩子的好处
For these students, they are both pitiful. Because no one loves them and they are so young, many teachers give up their training. But they are lucky because they meet a good teacher.
Matthew didn't give up on them. He explored the potential of these children's singing and set up a singing team. Although there were many difficulties, teacher Matthew never wanted to give up. It was this persistence that made him successful.
Because of he is full of hope for children. This hope ignites the light in their hearts, makes them have confidence in themselves, and makes them feel the meaning of life.

二、如何在口头报告中恰当的运用连接词，避免从头到尾一直使用“就是”，“然后”等词语？
英语演讲理论里，这些词语叫“filler words”，意思就是用来填充空白的词，中文通常叫赘词，也就是不必要的连接词。
绝大多数人都会有这样的习惯，只是有的人多有的人少。当赘词太多的时候，信息中的噪音太多，造成正常信息的吸收转化受到影响，于是听众就会觉得讲得很罗嗦，或者听了半天没反应过来到底在讲什么。
如果你有机会连着听两个演讲，一个充满赘词，另一个毫无赘词干干净净，我保证你可以马上体会到听众感受的巨大区别，前者是根本没有对焦的照片，后一张是高清大图。
如何通过练习减少赘词？
1 通过自己观察或者旁人反馈，了解自己平常主要使用哪些赘词
2 减慢语速，增加句子之间、短语之间的停顿，在停顿中强迫自己不使用赘词，同时在出口之前尽量想清楚下一句要讲什么，停顿也是用来思考的。
在知道自己习惯性的赘词后，有意识的避免，可以逐渐减少。最后，你的讲话会显得很完整，很干净。
