说到英语演讲很多人可能会迷恋马丁路德金、奥巴马、乔布斯、比尔盖茨...因为他们都是政商两届响当当的人物。其中奥巴马是离我们比较近的人物，他的公开演讲应该是最多的。
毫无保留的告诉大家，我的英语口语就是跟着奥巴马的演讲学的，最疯狂的时候是在2009年，我把奥巴马的就职演说模仿的次数不下于500遍（1000遍是不敢吹）反正就是每次练完活动嘴部肌肉的时候都能听到骨头嘎吱嘎吱的响。（应该不是脱臼，因为练口语再怎么拼都不会出人命的）
我为什么会痴迷于奥巴马的演讲呢？不只是因为他是美国历史上第一个非裔总统2009年诺贝尔和平奖的获得者。
主要是因为奥巴马的演讲中排比句很多，递进式的语气与渐强的词汇富有煽动性并且感人肺腑，虽然在情感上和语气上是深沉的平实的却给予人一种奋进的力量。或悲或喜，悲中带着渴望喜中带着执着和坚定。
每次他开口说“YES,WE CAN”感觉就是有毒，美国人民都会为之疯狂，我在屏幕中都能感受到这股力量！
听他的演讲不仅可以练习我的美语，还能学到很多演讲的技巧，譬如，一些简单的手势、表情、语气。这些后来都在我大学期间参加各类中英文演讲比赛和竞选干部发挥了关键作用。

原因之一就是害怕失败，
“万一事情不如预期怎么办”？
One reason is the fear of failure, "What if things are worse than expected to do"?
再来就是害怕成功，
“万一成功后我没能力掌控怎么办”？

他们完全不想承担风险

你花了大量的时间与他人交际，想让别人喜欢你
